Pack Your Items
Place the original items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
